Last updated: October 16, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Vymaxor (“Vymaxor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access https://vymaxor.com (the “Site”) and our related services, including email newsletters and SMS messages (collectively, the “Services”). We are a content blog monetized via Google AdSense/Google Ad Manager. We do not sell products.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
1) Who we are & how to contact us

- Policy locations: Terms: https://vymaxor.com/terms/ · Privacy: https://vymaxor.com/privacy/
2) Scope & legal bases
This Policy applies to personal data collected from visitors and subscribers. Where laws like the EU/UK GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent (e.g., analytics cookies, personalized ads, email/SMS opt-ins)
- Legitimate interests (e.g., site security, basic audience measurement, fraud prevention)
- Performance of a contract (e.g., providing requested communications)
- Compliance with legal obligations
3) What we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Contact details: email address and/or mobile number when you opt in to newsletters or SMS.
- Preferences: topics you follow, frequency settings.
- Communications: messages you send to us (support, rights requests).
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage/technical data: IP address, device and browser type/version, OS, language, timestamps, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, approximate location (city/region derived from IP).
- Cookies & similar tech: first- and third-party cookies, local storage, pixels, and tags (see §10).
3.3 Information from third parties
- Advertising: reporting from Google AdSense/Ad Manager about ad delivery and performance.
- Analytics & warehousing: metrics from Google Analytics; storage/processing of aggregated and event-level data in Google BigQuery.
We do not intentionally collect special category/sensitive data, nor do we knowingly collect data from children (see §14).
4) How we use information
- Operate & improve the Site, content, and user experience.
- Advertising: deliver contextual or (where allowed) personalized ads; measure performance.
- Analytics & measurement: traffic, engagement, content effectiveness (Google Analytics; storage/analysis may occur in Google BigQuery).
- Marketing communications: send email and/or SMS you opted into to drive traffic back to vymaxor.com.
- Security/fraud: detect, prevent, and respond to misuse or technical issues.
- Legal compliance: fulfill legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5) Email & SMS marketing
- Sent only after opt-in. Consent is not a condition of using the Site.
- Email: unsubscribe anytime via the link in each message.
- SMS: opt out anytime (e.g., reply STOP); message frequency varies; message/data rates may apply.
- We may use basic engagement tracking (e.g., opens/clicks) to improve relevance—where required, this relies on your consent.
6) Personalized ads & your choices
We use Google AdSense/Ad Manager. Depending on jurisdiction and your preferences:
- Personalized ads use cookies or IDs to infer interests;
- Non-personalized ads rely on contextual signals only.
Controls: our consent banner/preferences (where available), your browser settings, device ad-ID settings, and Google Ad Settings. In the EEA/UK and other consent jurisdictions, we request consent for ad cookies/personalization.
7) Sharing of information
We share personal data only as necessary and with appropriate safeguards:
- Service providers/processors: hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), data warehousing (Google BigQuery), email/SMS platforms, security/fraud services—under contracts and confidentiality.
- Advertising partners: primarily Google, to serve/measure ads consistent with your choices.
- Legal/ compliance: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to this Policy or a comparable policy.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. In some U.S. states, certain ad uses may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising”—you may have the right to opt out (see §12).
8) International data transfers
Data may be processed in or transferred to countries outside your own (e.g., EEA/UK, US, Brazil). Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements, and transfer assessments.
9) Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described, then delete or anonymize it. Typical periods:
- Email/SMS subscriptions: until you unsubscribe + a short period to effectuate the request and maintain suppression lists.
- Analytics: commonly 14–26 months (or as configured/legally permitted).
- Security logs: typically 12–24 months (longer if needed for incident investigation).
10) Cookies & similar technologies
We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies (core site features);
- Performance/analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics);
- Advertising cookies (e.g., AdSense/Ad Manager).
Your controls: consent banner/preferences (where available), browser settings to block/delete cookies, device ad-ID controls, and Google Ad Settings. Blocking certain cookies may reduce functionality.
11) Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures (e.g., HTTPS encryption, access controls, data minimization). No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data incident occurs, we will notify authorities and affected individuals as the law requires.
12) Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on your location. Subject to legal limits, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data;
- Rectify inaccurate/incomplete data;
- Delete your data;
- Restrict or object to certain processing (including profiling based on legitimate interests);
- Portability of your data;
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- Opt out of targeted advertising/“sharing” (certain U.S. state laws);
- Complain to a supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and locality. You may authorize an agent where permitted by law.
13) Do Not Track (DNT) & Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Browsers may offer DNT signals; our Services may not respond to DNT. Where required, we honor GPC as a request to opt out of targeted advertising/certain cookies to the extent technically feasible.
14) Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it where required.
15) Third-party sites & services
Our Site may link to third-party sites/services. Their privacy practices are governed by their policies. Review them before providing information.
16) Changes to this Polic
We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means (e.g., notice on the Site). The current version is always available at https://vymaxor.com/privacy/.
